The Battle of Naseby 

The battle that decided the war

Early in the morning of June 14th 1645 the Royalist Army, under the leadership of Charles I, left Market Harborough to confront the Parliamentarian army. This was a battle that would decide the fate of the war.

Coach Tour

The tour follows in the footsteps of the King from Harborough to the battlefield and then in the back in wake of his retreat. Learn about the soldiers who took part, how the battle was fought and what happened to the camp followers and Irish mercenries.

Afternoon tea or an evening meal after the end of the tour can be arranged.
